Cases-Cases has developed a family of standard rack mount cases for easy installation and implementation of universal server equipment including computers, monitors, UPSs and Keyboards. The cases feature a deep rack and square hold universal mounting rails.

The RMMC family of cases are a rugged, deployable rack mount case that feature outstanding shock and vibration attenuation performance in a reduced sway space package. MAC racks are ideal for cases to be used in small spaces or on ships.

RMRC family of rack mount cases are designed for maximum protection in a case with a reduced volume. The cases feature easy integration of options and front access hardware for easy lid removal.

The RMRC family of cases are rugged, flexible, & deployable with the added feature of the interior rack being removable. The rack is mounted on an aluminum slide rail system. It is secured by machined aluminum stop blocks.

Hardigg Pro Rack cases are rotationally molded polyethylene 19” rack cases. The Pro Rack case offered outstanding durability and protection with a minimum of wasted space. The case has a removable front and rear covers.

Many of the RMC, DRMC, RMRC rack mount style cases smaller than 7u can be configured with watertight edge casters. The edge casters feature a sealed aluminum housing a stainless steel axel, and a 2 1/2" diameter roller blade wheel for easy one person transportation.

Many of the RMC, DRMC,RMRC rack mount style cases, smaller than 7u can be configured with edge casters and a luggage style retractable pull handle. The Pull handle allows for easy and ergonomic transportation of rack mount shipping cases.

Fan Through Port
4” diameter AC fans mounted behind airtight/watertight screw cover AGM access ports that allow case to remain water and air tight when stored or in transit. Utilizing the fan through ports, ventilation of rack mounted equipment can occur while front and rear case lids are on. The access ports are recessed and protected, the fans do not interfere with mounted equipment. The ports can be located in covers or on case sides. Part number RMC-FTP-4.

Cable Through Port
4” diameter airtight watertight screw cover access port with neoprene cable sleeve. The cable sleeve allows for single or multiple cables to be fed through the access the port while maintaining dust tight and watertight seal. The 4” diameter access port allows for large connectors, to be fed through to ease set up and deployment in the field. Part number RMC-CTP-4.

Rack mount cases can be outfit with special filter kits. These filter kits can be mounted on the front of the case to filter intake or exhaust air so that cases can be operated in desert environments with covers removed.

Cooling cases in extreme environments is a challenge we have met for multiple clients. This modified rackmount case lid shows has filtered fans and one cable egress port. The cables enter the case through a sleeve that prevents dust from entering the case.

This custom lid was modified to accept an I/O panel. The panel allows for quick connect of the case electronics to power and signal sources outside of the case. By using weather tight connectors and gaskets, the case remains airtight And watertight while stored or in transit.
